How do I reset my password?
Open the app and tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app, then tap "Delete Account". Your data will be permanently removed within 24 hours.
Is my data secure?
Yes! All your data is encrypted end-to-end. We never sell your information and you can delete your data at any time from Settings.
Can I export my data?
Yes! You can export your progress data as PDF reports to share with therapists or for personal records.
