3. Risks and Limitations

By using this App, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• No Medical Guarantee: The App cannot guarantee any health outcomes or improvements
• Individual Variation: ERP techniques may not be suitable for everyone
• Emotional Distress: ERP exercises may cause temporary anxiety or discomfort as part of the therapeutic process
• Professional Supervision Recommended: ERP therapy is most effective when supervised by a qualified mental health professional
• Technical Limitations: The App may have bugs, errors, or downtime
• Data Loss: While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee against all data loss

By using the App, you consent to:
